Dr. Umang Sheth completed his MBBS and MS in Orthopaedics at Lokmanya Tilak Municipal Medical College and General Hospital, Mumbai, under the guidance of Dr. Arvind B. Goregaonkar, a leading expert in orthopaedics. Following his postgraduate training, he worked as a Senior Resident at L.T.M. Medical College, K.E.M. Hospital, and Dr. R.N. Cooper Hospital, gaining hands-on experience in managing complex orthopaedic and spine cases.

To refine his expertise in spine surgery, Dr. Umang Sheth pursued an M.U.H.S. Spine Surgery Fellowship followed by international visiting fellowships at BG Unfallklinik, Frankfurt, Germany, and the National Center for Spine Disorders, Budapest, Hungary. These specialized programs provided him with advanced training in microscopic and paediatric spine deformity, minimally invasive procedures, and robotic-assisted surgical techniques.

Upon returning to India, he served as a Associate Spine Consultant at L.T.M. Medical College and General Hospital, Mumbai, contributing to the treatment of complex spinal pathologies.
